This project embodies a dual exploration of transferring and representing concepts across different mediums. Based on Jun'ichiro Tanizaki's text 'In Praise of Shadows', the first subproject delves into the translation of ideas from book to film, offering an avenue to express personal interpretations through the visual storytelling of a short film. Building upon this foundation, the subsequent task involves reimagining the short film medium back into a tangible 'book' format, which is adaptable to various forms of expression. By seamlessly navigating between digital and physical mediums, this project not only showcases artistic versatility but also illuminates the interconnectedness of concepts as they traverse different senses and modes of communication.
